The Fight.
Our client, a backseat Lyft passenger, was injured when his driver crashed while attempting to avoid an unlit car in the rain. The defense blamed the disabled vehicle, but we exposed the defendant’s lack of credibility—uncovering his human trafficking conviction and fraudulent driver’s license. The Defendant misled his passengers and law enforcement.
The Damages.
Cedric suffered a traumatic brain injury, as well as neck, and back injuries, and lost his warehouse job and took lower-paying work. 15 experts later the jury appreciated all that Cedric suffered as a result of this wreck.
